In order to ensure innovation, economic development and social progress in the rapidly changing modern world, to prepare personnel who meet the requirements of the labor market by acquiring theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge and skills. University-Business Cooperation has become a necessity. These collaborations combine the unique strengths of both parties: universities provide research and studies, professional graduates and theoretical expert knowledge, while business contributes to the common activity with practical experience, real problems, financial support and employment opportunities. The main goal is to bridge the gap between the university and the business sector by aligning education and research with economic and social needs. “BERC&Partners” ilə Xəzər Universiteti arasında Universitet-Biznes Əməkdaşlığı layihəsi çərçivəsində memorandum imzalandı. Bu Memorandumda Xəzər Universiteti və “BERC&Partners” şirkətinin həyata keçirəcəyi birgə fəaliyyətləri, xüsusilə aşağıdakı istiqamətləri əhatə edən fəaliyyət planı razılaşdırılıb:
- Xəzər Universitetinin Davamlı İqtisadi İnkişaf və Tədqiqat Mərkəzi ilə birgə korporativ və fərdi istiqamətdə təlim və xidmət fəaliyyətlərinin təşkili və həyata keçirilməsi;
- Təhsil, tədqiqat və texnologiya inkişafı sahələrində innovasiya fəaliyyətlərinin Universitet ilə birgə həyata keçirilməsi;
- Xəzər Universiteti tələbələrinin “BERC&Partners”-də və ya onun portfel layihələrində müxtəlif təcrübə proqramlarına cəlb edilməsi;
- Qarşılıqlı razılaşma ilə “BERC&Partners”-in mütəxəssis və təlimçi heyətinin Xəzər Universitetinin tədris fəaliyyətlərində qonaq müəllim qismində cəlb olunması;
- Tələbələri “BERC&Partners”-in fəaliyyəti və mövcud kadr tələbatı haqda məlumatlandırmaq məqsədilə Xəzər Universitetində “Karyera günləri”nin keçirilməsi.
The management operator of the project is "University Business Cooperation Center" operating under "BERC&Partners" company. (UBEM). UBEM is a project management and research center that establishes connections between academic institutions and the business sector, organizes and manages the joint implementation of projects that identify real problems and needs of society and the economy or provides solutions, and develops project financing models.
