In order to ensure innovation, economic development and social progress in the rapidly changing modern world, to prepare personnel who meet the requirements of the labor market by acquiring theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge and skills. University-Business Cooperation has become a necessity. These collaborations combine the unique strengths of both parties: universities provide research and studies, professional graduates and theoretical expert knowledge, while business contributes to the common activity with practical experience, real problems, financial support and employment opportunities. The main goal is to bridge the gap between the university and the business sector by aligning education and research with economic and social needs.
Mingachevir State University with "BERC&Partners". (MSU) signed a memorandum within the University, Finance and Business Cooperation Project. In this memorandum, the joint activities to be carried out by MSU and "BERC&Partners", especially the following directions, were agreed upon.
- Implementation of joint activities between "BERC&Partners" and MSU for the development and support of Startup building activities;
- Organization and implementation of training and service activities in corporate and individual direction together with MSU Digital development and project management department;
- Implementation of joint projects and studies with the participation of representatives of the parties, organization of conferences, trainings and seminars;
- Involvement of MSU students in "BERC&Partners" and partner companies of various types of internship and experience programs;
- By mutual agreement, the involvement of "BERC&Partners" specialist and training staff as guest teachers in educational activities of MSU;
- Holding "Career Days" at MSU in order to inform students about the activities of "BERC&Partners" and the current personnel demand;
